TOTINO WINES
Totino Wines has been crafting distinctive wines since 1998, when founder Don Totino purchased 25 acres in the Adelaide Hills, South Australia.
Today, Totino Estate spans over 100 acres, with 80 acres of lush vineyards dedicated to producing premium wines that bring a taste of Europe to Australian soil.
With Italian roots and a deep passion for blending cultures, Don’s portfolio includes timeless varietals like Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay.
Inspired by his Italian heritage, Don Totino moved to Australia from Italy in 1968 and envisioned cultivating Italian grape varieties in the rich Australian landscape.
THE VINEYARD
The vineyard, located in Paracombe in the picturesque Adelaide Hills at an altitude of 420 metres, benefits from cool evenings that preserve acidity for crisp whites, while the terrain and climate enhance the rich, balanced tannins in their red wines.
Hand-tended vines and sustainable practices ensure the highest quality across Totino’s collection, with organic fertilisers and captured rainwater supporting a healthy ecosystem, including native wildlife like kangaroos and koalas.
